Dear Sir:
At the March 9, 1981 meeting, the Inland Wl nds Agency of
South Windsor approved with conditions yo Application N0. 171,
for construction of industrial facilities and detention basin, on
property located on Nutmeg Road and Satellite Road, South 1,1indsor,
Connecticut. ___---,
The permit is based on the plans entitled "Park Center Devel-
opment Plan, Savin Bros. , Inc. ", drawn by Palmberg & Russo,dated
September, 1979:and February, 1981.
The following conditions must be adhered to for this permit to
be valid:
1. The proposal is subject to the approval of the Town Engineer.
2. The detention basin shall be subject to the approval of the
Town Engineer.
3. The applicant shall indemnify and hold harmless the Town of
South ,lindsor against any liability which might result from
the proposed operation or use.
4. The permit is valid for one year and shall expire if not
exercised within that period.
According to the Inland Wetlands Agency's interpretation of the
South "lindsor Inland Vfetlands and ?pater Courses Regulations, the area
that was "dug out" when G . Fox was constructed is a wetland/watercourse.
Therefore, any future proposals for this area will require a permit
from the Inland Wetlands Agengy.
