South 1,1indsor, Connecticut.
The permit is based on the plans entitled "Colonial Cornere",
drawn by Fuss & O 'Neill, Consulting Engineers, sheets 1 of 1 and
2 of 2, dated March 1981, revised March 20, 1981.
The following conditions must be adhered to for this permit to
be valid:
1. This proposal is subject to the approval of the Town Engineer.
2. Appropriate erosion and sedimentation control measures must
be employed during construction.
3. The applicant shall indemnify and hold harmless the sown of
South Jindsor against any liability which might result from
the proposed operation or use.
4. The permit is valid for one year and shall expire if not ex-
ercised within that period.

Agency granted a one-year extension for your Application NO. 178 for
property located On Ellington and Community Roads, South Windsor,
Connecticut.
This extension becomes effective on April 20, 1982 (the original
expiration date of your permit) and is valid through April 20, 1983.
4 Enclosed is a receipt for the extension fee.
