Dear Sir:
At the February 9, 1981 meeting, the Inland Wetlands Agency
approved with conditions, your Application N0. 174 for Retail Stores
and Offices on property located at 497 Buckland Road, South Windsor,
Connecticut.
The permit is based on the plans entitled "Topographic Map,
Proposed New Retail Stores, Buckland Road, South Windsor, Ct. ,
Herman M. Frechette-Applicant, 67 Blue Ridge Drive, South Windsor, C-
an"d "Plot Plan and Landscape Plan, Proposed New Retail Stores, Buckl;

January 29, 1981.
The following conditions must be adhered to for this permit to
be valid:
1. The sequence of events, as stated on the map, shall be folic
2. The proposal is subject to the approval of the Town Engineer
3. The applicant shall indemnify and hold harmless the Town of
South VIindsor against any liability which might result from
the proposed operation or use.
4. The permit is valid for one year and shall expire if not
exercised within that period.
