Grace, Esq. 25 Oakland Road South Windsor, Connecticut 06074 CERTIFIED I.IAIL Dear Sir: At the July 13, 1981 meeting, the South Windsor Inland Wetlands Agency granted a permit with conditions for your Application NO. 187 for removal of sand and gravel on property located at the Intersec- tion of Graham Road, Ayers Road and Sullivan Avenue, South Windsor, Connecticut. The permit is for the plans. entitled "Subdivision Plan Earth Removal and Land Restoration", dated 3/16/81, revised 6/9/81; and "Topographic Conservation Plan, "dated June, 1981, drawn by Fuss and O'Neill, Consulting Engineers. The following conditions must be adhered to for this permit to be valid: 1. This permit is for Phase I only. A new application will have to be submitted and approved before any work is begun on Phase II or Phase III. 2. The sequence of operations, as stated on the plans, shall be followed. 3. This proposal is subject to the approval of the Town Engineer. 4. The applicant shall indemnify and hold harmless the Town of South Windsor against any liability which might result from the proposed operation or use. 5.
