be valid:
.1, This proposal is subject to the approval of the To-,n Engineer.
2. The applicant shall indernify and hold harmless the Town of
South lvdndsor against any liability rlhi ch might result from
the proposed operation or use.
3. The permit is valid for one year and shall expire if not
exercised within that jeriod.
