Re: Appl 03-83P,Berry Patch II,Phase I and II
This is to advise you that the Planning and Zoning Commission voted on June 27, 2006
to set the site bond at $123,800 for remaining site work associated with Berry Patch II,
Phase I and$90,000 for site improvements associated with Phase IL
A bond or letter of credit in this amount must be posted prior to the issuance of the
certificate of occupancy.
At the same meeting the commission voted to reduce the landscaping bond for App102-
22P, Berry Patch I. The original amount of the bond is $5,000 to be reduced by $5,000
leaving a balance of$0.00.
