We are pleased to advise you that the Planning&Zoning Commission determined on June 27, 2006 that a
mobile food cart to be located at 770 Sullivan Avenue does not require approval by the commission provided
that:
1. Trailer must be removed from the site at the close of business each day.
2. No seating or tables are allowed.
The foregoing does not relieve you of responsibility for compliance with any building or health code
requirements which may apply.
