Dear Sirs:
At the September 21, 1981 meeting, the SouthMindsor Inland-
Wetlands Agency approved with conditions your Application No. 196
for Pleasant Valley Homes, Section 6, a 33
vision located north of Chapel Road and east of Long
Hill
South Windsor, Connecticut, g 1 Road,
The permit is based on the set of plans entitled "Pleasant
Valley Homes, Section 6, South Windsor, Connecticut, " drawn by
ReiA Hyyppa and Associates, dated 6/2/81, Sheets 1 Through 8.
The following conditions must be adhered to for this permit ,
to be valid:
1. The proposal is subject to the approval of the Town
Engineer.
2. The Open Space area which is part of Section 6 shall
be left in its natural state.
3. The detention areas in the subdivision shall be kept
aesthetically pleasing.
4. There shall be a Conservation Easement across the rear
portions of Lot 119 and Lot 120 beginning 150 feet back
in a northerly direction from Le Foll Boulevard.
1 5• The applicant shall indemnify and hold harmless the Town
of South Windsor against any liability which might result
from the proposed operation or use.
6. The permit is valid for one year and shall expire if not
