Box 86 Torrington, CT 06790 RE: COUNTRY VIEW ESTATES--SECTION I Dear Mr. Laschever: In accordance with our tour and discussion on July 1, 1983 concerning the above subdivision, enclosed is a list of the site work items that should be attended to, as shown on the approved drawings. 1. The swale to the rear of Lots 29, 28, 27, and 26 shall be installed as shown. 2. The barn to the rear of Lot 26 was removed--the rubbish left shall also be removed. 3. The headwalls, swale and riprap at the rear of Lots 23 and 24 shall be completed. 4. The grading of the swale and the rear of Lots 23, 22, 21, and 20 shall be done as shown. 5. The right to store earth products on Lot 20, as indicated, shall be submitted. 6. The headwalls and outlets to the rear of Lots 6 and 3 shall be completed. 7. The trees that were planted around the pump station and detention basin shall be maintained in a live condition. 8. All disturbed areas, not in the immediate vicinity of the houses under construction shall be seeded with an appropriate mixture that will grow in July. Mr. Jonathon Laschever July 1, 1983 Page 2. The permit is based on the plans entitled "Country View Estates, Phase II, South Windsor, Connecticut," dated February, 1983; revised March 8, 1983; Sheets 1 of 14 through 14 of 14 inclusive, drawn by A. R. Lombardi Associates, Inc. . The following conditions must be adhered to for this permit to be valid: 1. This approval is limited to Lots 30 through 39 and Lots 59 through 69. 2. Any earth movement shall be limited to the above approved lots,and within two weeks of any earth movement, all areas are to be seeded and/or protected. 3. Any stockpiled material shall be seeded and/or protected. 4. This proposal is subject to the approval of the Town Engineer. 5. The limits of the scope of work is to be delineated in the field under Town Engineering guidance. 6. A cash bond- in the amount of 810,000,. to ensure completion of erosion and sedimentation control measures, shall be submitted to the Town Attorney with notification to the Inland Wetlands Agency. 7.
