Chapel Hill Condominiums, for the dischatge of drainage oncfo ad aaent
properties containing wetlands, from property located at the northeast
corner of Ellington Road and Chapel Road, South Windsor, Connecticut.
The permit is based on the plans entitled "Chapel Hill Condominiums,
South Windsor, Connecticut, " drawn by Reino Hyyppa and Associates, dated
4/8/81, revised 6/16/81.
The following conditions must be adhered to for this permit to
be valids
1. This proposal is subject to the approval of the
Town Engineer. J
2. The applicant shall indemnify and hold harmless the
Town of South Windsor against any liability which might
result from the proposed operation or use.
3. The permit is valid for one year and shall expire if not
not exercised within that period.
