It appears that it has become a land clearing operation. The area was to have been seeded and stabilized by October 15, 1982. This has not been done. You are instructed - to set up a timetable for completion of your operation in con- junction with the Town Engineering Department in order to correct - this problem by February 10, 1983. If this is not submitted to and approved by the Inland Wetlands Agency at the February 14 th. meeting, it will be necessary for the Agency to consider revocation of your permit and institution of appropriate legal action in ac- cordance with Section XIV of our Regulations.
