Alexander Terlizzi, South Windsor, Connecticut, " drawn
and Russo, dated 9/27/82 , revised 10/8/82, Sheets 1, n by Palmberg
The fallowing conditions must be adhered 2 & 3 of 3.

1. This proposal is subject to the approval pproval of the
Town Engineer.
2. The applicant shall indemnify and hold harmless
the Town of South Windsor against any liability
which might result from the proposed operation
or use.
3. This permit shall expire if not initiated and
completed within one year from the date of approval.
