Stich Associates Please be advised that the Planning and Zoning Commission voted 'to approve the above application for a two lot subdivision as shown on plans prepared by Megson & Heagle , dated 7/12/82, entitled Map . No . 118-82-1, subject to the following conditions : 1 . " A drainage assessment fee in the amount of $100 shall be paid to the Town of South Windsor . 2 . A Conservation Easement shall be given to the Town of South Windsor for the area beginning 250 ' back from the street line, extending to the rear property line , on both lots . Said Easement shall be subject to the approval of the Town Engineering Depart- ment and Town Attorney . No disturbance of earth or cutting of trees is permitted within this conservation area . 3 . This approval is subject to the conditions of approval of the Inland Wetlands Agency. 4 . The final plan must be modified to show the aforesaid conservation area. Please submit a mylar of the subdivision plan with the above modification, together with the Conservation Easement and drainage fee, to this Commission within 90 days . This letter, as well as the approval letter from the Inland Wetlands Agency, must be reproduced on the mylar . The mylar must be prepared in accordance with the "Rules and Regulations of the State Board of Registration for Professional Engineers :.and Land Surveyors. " The technical portions must be certified bT either a Land Surveyor or Professional Engineer licensed to practice in Connecticut . Mr . John L.
