Grace, Esquire 25 Oakland Road South Windsor, Connecticut 06074 CERTIFIED MAIL Dear Sirs: At the July 12, 1982 meeting, the South Windsor Inland- Wetlands Agency approved with conditions Application NO. 209 for a grading and filling operation on property located on the south side of Sullivan Avenue, South Windsor, Connecticut. The following conditions must be adhered to for this permit to be valid: _ 1. All filling and grading shall be to the contours as shown on the plan to be filed in the Office of the Town Clerk by the applicant. 2. The limit of any earth movement shall be 535 feet south of Sullivan Avenue and shall be shown on the plan to be filed 3. The remainder of the parcel shall be left in its natural state and shall have no development. This shall also be shown on the plan to be filed. 4. The plan is to be approved by the Town Engineering Department prior to being filed in the Office of the Town Clerk. 5. A 24" x 36" black and white transparent print of the final plan shall be filed in the Office of the Town Clerk by the applicant. The approval letter of this Agency must be re- produced and made part of the final plan. 6. This permit is granted for grading and filling only. 7. This permit supersedes all previous approvals. 8. The applicant shall indemnify and hold harmless the Robert Sheridan, Trustee c/o William E.
