At the June 14, 1982 meeting, the South Windsor Inland-
ted a permit with conditions for your
Application NO. 208 fo an industrial building for Quality
Electric Cons n Company on property located on Nutmeg.
Road, South Windsor, Connecticut.
The permit is based on the plan entitled "Plot & Topographic
Maps, Proposed Multi-Tenant Industrial Building, Lot 30 Nutmeg Rd. ,
` South Windsor, Ct. , For Quality Electric Construction Co
drawn by John N. Eberle, Architect, dated May 10, 1982, revised
May 17, 1982.
The following conditions must be adhered to for this per-
mit to be valid:
1. A hay bale berm is to be installed during construc-
tion around the detent area.
2. A Conservation Plan and sequence of construction is
to be- submitted to the Conservation Commission for
` their approval by September 1, 1982.
3. All disturbed areas shall be graded and seeded by
b October 15, 1982, or otherwise stabilised to the
satisfaction of the Town Engineering Department
in accordance with Soil Conservation Service guidelines.

4. The proposal is subject to the approval of the
Town Engineer.
5. The applicant shall indemnify and hold harmless
the Town of South Windsor against any liability
which might result from the proposed operation
or use.
6. The permit is valid for one year and shall expire
if not exercised within this period.
