Gentlemen
w
Your application to the South Windsor Zoning Board of Appeals
requesting a variance to Section 5.2 of the Zoning Regulations
to allow an addition to an existing building which is currently
in front of the building line on property located at 1744
Ellington Road, South Windsor (RC Zone ) , has been granted.
In granting this application the Board noted that this
addition would be in keeping with the character of the neighbor-
hood. Also, the contractor greatly improves the neighborhood
in which he builds (the construction of the buildings on lot #1
and #2 adjacent to this building proving the point) .
This variance is conditional upon site plan approval by the
Planning and Zoning Commission and upon RSK Contractors, Inc.
purchasing the property from Melvin and Edith Stead.
This action is effective October 19, 1983 and upon filing of
the enclosed form in the Town Clerk' s Office.
Very truly yours,
Richard H. Eriksson, Chairman
Zoning Board of Appeals
