Dear Chairman,
Re: Appl. #89 -47P Jehovah's Witnesses Kingdom Hall Landscaping Bonds
In checking our records, we find that we have two passbook accounts that were retained
by the Town as bonds for the following:
• $2,000.00 for construction of sidewalk and certain plantings
• $5,000.00 for inland wetlands.
egarding the first accout,we submitted a plan to construct the sidewalk but was denied
by the Wetlands Commission. We are therefore requesting that our bond for$2000.00 be
returned with all posted interest in our favor.
As regards the second account, we have completed all necessary soil and erosion control
work shown on our plans and have occupied the facility for approximately 2 1/2 years.
We are also requesting that the$5,000.00 also be returned with all posted interest.
We like to thank you for the consideration you give to our request.
Sincerely,

Dear Mr. Mack:
Re: Application#89-47P, Jehovah's Witnesses
This is to advise you that the Planning and Zoning Commission voted on May 9, 1995 to release the
IWA/CC bond for the above-referenced project in the amount of$5,000.
Advance arrangements should be made to pick up the bond to ensure that the necessary contact
person(s) will be available. If you have any further questions contact the Planning Department at
644-2511, ext 253. Thank you.
Very truly yours,
