Please be advised the Planning and Zoning Commission reviewed your
April 7, 1989 letter regarding the above-referenced application on
11 April 1989 . Commission members all concurred that no reduction
of bond was in order.
The Commission also wishes to advise that mylars for Spinner's
Estates Subdivision must be filed by May 31, 1989 .
