MEMORANDUM September 2 , 1983
To : Mr. Peter DeMallie
Director of Planning
Re: Elmo Zaccardelli, Site Plan, Burnham Street
Engineering review comments on the subject proposal are as
follows :
The new bituminous concrete parking area and entrance drive
will cause a slight increase in surface water runoff from
the site. The proposed grading of this area indicates that
the direction of runoff from these paved areas will be toward
Burnham Street.
Since the storm drainage system in Burnham Street is owned by
thQ Town of East Hartford, the acceptability of the runoff
into the street system should be indicated, in writing, by
either the Town Engineer or Director of Public Works of the
Town of East Hartford.
