Please be advised that the Planning and Zoning Commission voted to approve
the application of Yamazaki Machinery Corp. for a site plan of development
for premises located on the northerly corner of Bidwell Road and John
Fitch Boulevard, in an I zone, subject to the following conditions:
1. This approval is for the building, the use of the building, and the loca-
tion. Applicant, or its representative, shall meet with the Town Engineer and
Director of Planning to revise the parking area and Rlantings on the remises,
which is su feet to the further approval of this Commission.
2. The plans shall be amended to comply with the requirements of our
Zoning Regulations, subject to the -review of the Town Engineer and Director
of Planning, and approval of this Commission.
3. A 24" x 36" black and transparent plan, printed on polyester film,
shall be submitted to the Commission to be stamped and signed. The plan
shall be stamped in accordance with the "Rules and Regulations of the State
Board of Registration for Professional Engineers and Land Surveyors." The
technical portions of this final plan shall be certified by either a land
surveyor or professional engineer licensed to practice in Connecticut. This
approval letter shall reproduced on and made part of the final plans.
After the foregoing conditions have been complied with, the Commission will
return the signed plan to you for filing in the Town Clerk's Office.
