Dear Mr. Lucek:
At the June 10, 1985 meeting, the South Windsor Inland Wetlands Agency approved with
conditions Application No. 330 for the purpose of constructing an addition to an existing
freezer plant on property located on the west side of Kennedy Road, South Windsor, Cr.
The permit is based on the plans entitled "Property of Jack Woodcock, Kennedy Road,.
South Windsor, Cr." prepared for John Woodcock, Jr., 34 Woodcock Lane, South Windsor,
Camect cut by consulting engineers,..Lucek Engineering Assoc. Inc. Such plans are dated
February 15, 1984,, beng revised May 8, 1985 sheet 2 of 6.
Mie follawing conditions must be adhered to for this permit to be valid:
1. A $1500.00 bond is requested to ensure that work is:properly completed..
2. Conservation. plan must be approved by Conservation Comma-salon.
3. Construction activities shall be subject to the approval of the Town Engineer.
4. The application shall imd fy and hold harmless the Town of South
Windsor against any liability which might resift from the proposed operation
or use.,
5. The permit is valid for one year and shall expire June 10,. 1986 if not.
