At the December S. 1986 meeting, the South Windsor Inland Wetlands
Agency/Conservation Commission approved with conditions application 1
432, to construct one residential hose and driveway to be located on
Lot 17, Strong Road.
The following conditions must be adhered to for this permit to be
valid:
1. Plans must be modified to show stockpile area.
2. Construction activities shall be subject of the approval of
the Town Engineer.
3. The application shall indemnity and hold harmless the Town of
South Windsor against any liability which sight result (too
the proposed operation at use.
1. We recommend a bond in the amount of $1,OOO be submitted to
Planning and Zoning Commission to ensure compliance with
Erosion 6 Sediment Control Measures.
S. The permit is valid for one year and shall expire on December

DOCUMENTS REVIEWED: Application form and plan submitted by William
J. Meyers for a Music Room Addition
COMMENTS :
1 . This application is for an activity within 40 feet of a
wetland which is regulated per section 2 . 1n of the
Regulations . They are proposing to construct a 15 ' x 21'
music room as shown. This is to be slab on grade
construction, sand will be brought in to fill the interior of
the addition as needed.
2 . The entire addition is in the regulated area. There is
approximately 35 feet of gently sloping grassed lawn between
the existing house and the wetlands shown on the plans .
3 . The original house construction was approved by the Agency on
December 6 , 1986 (application #432 ) . The original plan showed
the house within 10 ' of the wetlands but it was moved forward
on the site when constructed.
4 . The plan indicates a silt fence will be placed around the
proposed music room during construction. The addition will
not require any fill and would not appear to have an impact on
the adjacent wetlands .
IF APPROVAL IS CONSIDERED, SUGGESTED APPROVAL CONDITIONS INCLUDE:
1 . No fill is to be placed in the wetlands .
2 . A silt fence shall be installed, as shown on the plan, prior
to construction of the addition.

prior to construction of the addition.
