A drainage assessment fee in the amount of $1 , 750 shall be submitted for Phase II . 9. Unit setbacks shall be staggered as much as possible to avoid a "subdivision" look. 10. Trees will be preserved to the maximum extent possible as was done in Phase I . 11 . No dr:Vveways shall infringe on another unit ' s building envelope. A mylar of Sheets 1 and 2 , with this letter reproduced thereon , together with two complete blueprints ( including landscaping plan) , must be submitted to this Commission to be signed and must be filed in the Town Clerk' s office prior to issuance of building permits .
