Dear Sir:
On July 15 , 1985, a meeting of the Inland Wetlands Agency
was held at South Windsor Town Hall to Discuss the property
across from 29 Brookfield Street.
A notice stating the date of the meeting was posted on a
telephone pole on July 15 , 1985, instead of 5 days prior to
the meeting.
We feel that the proceedings of the Inland Wetlands Agency
are invalid, because there was a failure of responsible
parties to post proper notification, 5 days prior to the
meeting.
_ It is our opinion, the meeting should be rescheduled to
allow the Property Owners and Taxpayers the right to
represent themsleves.
I have called and written the Planning and Zoning Commission,
requesting to be notified if any hearings or change of status
on this property was scheduled. (See letters dated January 4,
1979, and January 28, 1983. )

Dear Mr. Covensky:
At the July 15, 1985 meeting, the South Windsor Inland We ency/
Conservation Commission approved with conditions Applicatio No. 337 for the purpose
of construction of a commercial multi-tenant building on property located at
Brookfield Street, South Windsor.
The permit is based on the plans entitled "Coven Commerce Center" prepared for
Vito Covensky, Brookfield Street, South Windsor, Connecticut, by consulting engineers
of Lucek Engineering Assoc. , Inc. Such plans are dated 6-10-85, there being no
revisions; sheets 1 and 2 of 5.
The following conditions must be adhered to for this permit to be valid:
1. No construction is to take place beyond the line on the map
indicated as- "Limit of Inland Wetland". This is shown on
sheet 2 of 5.
2. Bond of $7500.00 is required.
3. Construction activities shall be subject to the approval of
the Town Engineer.
4. The application shall indemnify and hold harmless the Town
of South Windsor against any liability which might result from
the proposed operation or use.
5. The permit is valid for one year and shall expire July 15, 1986
if not initiated and completed within one year from the date
of approval.
