Marnicki, Hebron, Connecticut, dated April 2, 1985, subject to the following: 1. The "Zoning Data" block on the plans shall include: a. The total acreage of 2.14 acres; b. An onsite investigation made by Soil Conservation Service Resource Conservationist J. Eric Scherer indicated that the wetland delineations as mapped appeared to be accurate. - Proposed erosion and sediment control measures outlined on the plans should be sufficient on this fairly level parcel . Seeding mixtures with mulch and fertilizer applications should be included- on the plan sheets.
