Gentlemen:
A week or so ago, it was refreshing to see three new driveways and
a York Rake working on Lot #92 . I was apparently operating under an
illusion that perhaps RSK Enterprises was going to set a standard
that we could all be proud of. So much for that, welcome back to the
real world. What happended? Why did you stop? How much more spring
do you need?
The conservation measures as stated on sheet 16 of 18 have not been
done as of this date. Both temporary and permanent seeding of all
disturbed areas are to be protected.

conditions A 'ca i No. 326 for purpose of approving prior application previously
granted for Windshre 1V and V areas (Application No. 232), with no changes requested other
than those approvals previously given under prior application..
Me permit is based.on the plans entitled 1 ndshire Abb--Estates, IUD. Phase 1V and V"
prepared for Wndshire Abbe Estates Associates,, P. 0. Box 701, South Windsor, Cr,, by consulting
engineers Fuss & O'Neill. Such Plans are dated Mn-ch 4, 1983, there being no revisions;
sheet 1 of 1.
Me following conditions must be adhered to for this permit to be valid:
1. Construction activities shall be subject to the approval of the Town Engineer.
2. The application shall indemnity, and hold harmless the Town of South Windsor
against any liability which might result from the proposed operation or Use.
3. The permit is-valid for. one year and shall, expire June 10, 1986 if not
initiated and completed-w #dn one year frzm the date of approval:.
