At the April 8, 1985 meeting the South Windsor Inland Wetlands
Agency approved with conditions Application No. 319 for the purpose
of constructing_ an industrial building on property located on Nutmeg
Road, South Windsor, Connecticut.
The permit is based on the plans entitled "Proposed Facility
for Andre Charbonneau, 125 Edwin Road, South Windsor,. Connecticut,.
prepared. by Clarence: Welti,P.E, . Such plans are dated January 18,
1985, having no revisions.;: sheets 1 through 2 of 2..
The following conditions must: be adhered to this permit to
be valid:
1. Basin& should be modified to be sump basinss to filter
- water before flowing-off. of the property.
Z. The is subject to the a proposal J pproval of the. Town. Engineer.

3. The application shall indemnify and hold harmless the Town.
