The permit is based on the set of plans entitled, "General t Plan-Deming Hill Adult Community-Felt Road Access Plan," dated 11/30/84, revised 1/19/84, Sheet 5 of 8; "Detailed Utilities and Grading Plan, " dated 11/22/83, revised 1/18/84, Sheet 7 of 8; " Storm Drainage Outlet Concept, " no date, revised 1/19/84, Sheet 8 of 8, all plans drawn by Jules Page, Page Engineering Inc. The following conditions must be adhered to for this permit to be valid: 1. A zero increase in runoff shall be achieved when the parcel is fully developed. 2. A Conservation Plan including sequence of operations and erosion and sedimentation control measures shall be submitted to and approved by the Conservation Commission. This Conservation Plan shall be included in the final plans filed in the Town Clerk' s Office. 3. There shall be no construction or earth movement prior to these plans being approved. 4.
