Dear Sir:
At the January 14, 1985 meeting, the South Windsor Inland Wetlands Agency approved
with conditions Application No. 307, Strawbridge Condominium/Indian Ridge, a multiple-
dwelling residential development located on Ellington Road, South Windsor, Connecticut.
This permit is for Phase I only, as designated on the plan entitled "Conservation
Plan, Indian Ridge Condominium, Ellington Road, South Windsor, Connecticut," sheets
#39, #40, #41, and #42, dated September 14, 19820 revised November 16, 1982, by
Gaetano Bazzano, Architect, and Igor Vechesloff, Consulting Engineer.
The following conditions must be adhered to for this permit to be valid:
1. A fence shall be installed on site delineating the limits of Phase I.
2. There shall be no activity on the remainder of the parcel.
3. The erosion and sediment control guidelines, as amended and stated on the
addendum submitted December 13, 1982, entitled "Erosion and Sedimentation
Control Plan, Construction Schedule, Phase I," by Igor Vechesloff shall be
followed. Page one and page two of said addendum shall be produced on the
final plans.
4. The erosion and sedimentation controls shall be in place and approved by
the Town Engineer prior to any construction of the buildings.
5. This proposal is subject to the approval of the Town Engineer.
6. The applicant shall indemnify and hold harmless the Town of South Windsor
against any liability which might result from the proposed operation or
use.

7. This permit is valid for one year and shall expire if not initiated and
completed within one year from the date of approval.
