Please be advised that the Inland Wetlands Agency has sent your proposal
Coven Mountain - Application No. 305, for review to the Hartford Soil and
Water Conservation District. We feel that this review will aid us in making
a fair and just decision in regards to your application.
The Inland Wetlands Agency is requesting that you work with the Town
of South Windsor's Engineering Department to work out details concerning
drainage which may have an impact on abutting neighbors. Your cooperation
will be appreciated.

Dear Ms. Eriksson
RE: Coven Mountain, Abbe Road, South Windsor CT
On January 10, 1985, a meeting at our office was held to discuss the plan
"Coven Mountain, Abbe Road, South Windsor CT" , dated 10/29/84. In
attendance were Emil Lucek and Associates, Amy Parker, District Manager and
J. Eric Scherer, Resource Conservationist.
• In that this plan is preliminary in layout and that actual wetlands
are approximately 5 percent of the 37 acre tract, our office sees no
significant impact upon wetlands on-site through development. However,
we requested more information from Lucek Engineering Associates, Inc. ,
concerning off-site impacts. Particular information requested included a
detailed sediment and erosion control plan which included: construction
sequences; control structure locations; sediment basin details; non-
structural controls and a hydrologic study for the site.
Once this material is supplied we will again review it to determine what
off-site impacts, if any, will occur.
