The plans shall be modified to show three additional shade trees, planted so as to enhance the appearance of the building, subject to the approval of Planning Director. 2. A- bond in the amount of $1,000 shall be submitted to ensure completion of the landscaping. 3. No building permits will be issued until the final plans have been filed in the Town Clerk' s Office. 4 . This approval is subject to the conditions of approval of the Inland Wetlands Agency. 5. Black and white transparent mylars of Sheet #l, with this letter and the letter of approval of Inland Wetlands reproduced thereon, must be submitted to this Commission to be stamped and signed and filed in the Town Clerk' s Office within 90 days of the date of approval (by October 24, 1983) . Three blueprints of the mylars must also be submitted, together with a check payable to the Town of South Windsor for $10 to cover the filing fee. The plans shall bear an A-2 certification.
