Dear Agency Members;
I would like to request an extension of my Inland Wetlands permit,
Application No. 199, for a drainage system and road design on my
'property located on Sullivan Avenue in South Windsor. The exten-
sion currently in effect on this permit expires September 21 , 1983.
The original permit was granted on September 21 , 1981 based on
plans entitled "William F. Myette, Industrial Zoned Subdivision,
Sullivan Avenue, South Windsor, Connecticut" drawn by Fuss &
O'Neill, Consulting Engineers, dated September 4, 1981 .

Dear Sir:
At the September 12, 1983 meeting, the South Windsor
Inland Wetlands Agency approved with conditions Application
NO. 248 for the drainage system and road design for property
located on the north side of Sullivan Avenue, 15oo ft. west
of West Road, South Windsor, Connecticut.

- The permit is based on the plans entitled "Proposed
Industrial Zone Subdivision, Prepared for William F. Myette,
576 -Sullivan Avenue, South Windsor, Connecticut, " dated
September 4, 1981, revised January 4, 1982; Sheets 1 through
4 of 4; drawn by Fuss & O'Neill, Consulting Engineers.
The following conditions must .be adhered to for this
permit to be valid:
1. The proposal is subject to the approval of the
Town Engineer.
2. As each industrial lot is created, a specific
site plan will have to be reviewed and granted
a permit by the Inland Wetlands Agency prior to
any construction.
3. The applicant shall indemnify and hold harmless
