No. 83-157; subject to the following modifications: 1. It is understood that all documents necessary to ensure cross easements for commonly used sidewalks, driveways and parking lots, as well as drainage and water, for surrounding properties, have been recorded in the 'Town Clerk's Office. 2. This approval is subject to the conditions of approval of the Inland Wetlands Agency. 3. No building permits will be issued until the final plans have been filed in the Office of the Town -Clerk.
