The permit is based on the plans drawn by A.R. Lombardi Associates, entitled "Country View Estates, Phase I, Property of T. & M. A Conservation Plan must be submitted to and approved by the Conservation Commission prior to any construction. This plan must include, but is not limited to, the sequence of opera- tions, seeding and timing schedule. 3. The proposal is subject to the approval of the Town Engineer. 4. The applicant shall indemnify and hold harmless the Town of South Windsor against any liability which might result from the proposed operation or use. 5.
