RE: Bond reduction - Victorian Woods
To Whom it may concern:
We formerly request a bond reduction at Victorian Woods for the
conservation/landscape bond. The bond is presently at $10,000.
We feel due to the fact that we have substantially completed all
the landscaping and sedimentation control, a bond reduction from
the original amount to $2, 500 is in order.
