Dear Bo:
Per the.-request made by the Inland Wetlands Commission at the
meeting xhre"tiiscussed the Application of 641 Sullivan Avenue Associates,
enclosed please find a copy of the Deed from the Estate of Albert J.
Setsky to 641 Sullivan Avenue Associates of the twenty-five acres of
land to the south of the 641 Sullivan Avenue property.
As the enclosed Deed indicates, 641 Sullivan Avenue Associates
is the owner of the land to the rear of 641 Sullivan Avenue. Since
both parcels are under common ownership all rights to drain etc. are
available in favor of the parcel shown as 641 Sullivan Avenue, to
the south or rear of the prop ,

Said premises being a certain piece or parcel of land situated in
the Town of South Windsor, westerly of West Road, being more
particularly bounded and described as follows:
NORTH: by land now or formerly of Martin Jones;
EAST: by West Road (formerly known as Foster Road ) and land now
or formerly of Mary Nichols;
SOUTH: by land now or formerly of Robert L. Sadd; and
WEST: by land now or formerly of George W. Bancroft, Estate.
Said premises contain twenty-five (25) acres, more or less, and
being the same premises referenced in quit-claim deed of John J.
Setsky, et al , to Helen S. Stozus and Albert J. Setsky, Trustee
recorded in Volume 121 at Page 462 of the South Windsor Land Records
And further being the same premises described in a certain Warranty
Deed of Frank Zilinsky to Michael Schitzka dated December 22, 1911
and recorded in. the South Windsor Land Records in Volume 16 at Page
475 .
