As indicated, there are no wetlands involved. The runoff is directed to the new drainage in the street. The E & S controls seem adequate. The only item that needs assistance would be the hay bale installation, the 6" earth berm. If the Commission feels an approval could be granted, a bond in the amount of $2, 000 to assure compliance with the plans and the guidelines should be sufficient. Very truly yours, A. Nov. 25, 1987) prepared by Luzzi Engineering, subject to the following conditions : 1 . Prior to commencement of any site work, a meeting must be held with Town Staff . 2 . Dear Mr. Alexander; ' y--j This is to notify you that the Planning and Zoning Commission voted on May 24, 1988 to deny the captioned application for a zone change for property located at the northwest corner of the intersection of Sullivan Avenue and Rye St. , east of Fire House No. 3. The Commission is concerned about traffic impacts from the creation of a commercial zone at the intersection of Sullivan Ave. and Rye St. Moreover, the Commission does not want to fragment the commercial zones without a more comprehensive town-wide approach to identify areas where commercial zones within industrial zones would be most appropriate. Box 1061 South Windsor, CT 06074 RE: Application #517 - Lots 19, 20, and 21 Gentlemen This is a reminder that the permit with the Inland Wetlands Agency/Conservation Commission, Application #517, will expire on November 16, 1988. The Agency requires a letter requesting extension together with a fee of $25 . 00. This should be submitted at least 45 days prior to the expiration date of the permit. If work has been finished or will be finished by the expiration date, please have an engineer send a letter stating work is completed according to the approved plan. In the event that you are requesting an extension, Section 4. 13. 6 of the Zoning Regulations, Conservation Plan (a copy enclosed) establishes the criteria for such a plan and a method of monitoring its application. A permit for your proposal was granted, with a bond as assurance of compliance with its sedimentation and erosion control measures. To assist in the review process by the IWA/CC, whether for a permit extension or specific inquiry request, the provisions for verification through progress reports by the developer's/applicant's Engineer demonstrating that each Erosion and Sedimentation control measure has been installed and maintained, in accordance with the approved plan shall be required. It is requested that this verification report be submitted thirty days before the regular meeting of the IWA/CC to permit time for the Commissioners to evaluate your project controls .
