RE: TERRY OFFICE PARK PLAN REVIEW
Dear Kevin:
This would appear to be the final development of this parcel. The
wetlands are shown. Their encroachment would be a stockpile, which
seems unnecessary. It also appears that the surface runoff has been
directed to avoid the detention area.
If an approval of the permit were to be considered, I would suggest
the following modifications to the plans:
1. Place the stockpile between the two buildings. It
takes it out of the wetland area and will be used up
in a timely manner.
2. Regrade the site to direct to stormwater runoff into
the detention basin. It provides the appropriate sedi-
mentation basin.
3 . Show the vegetation line and contours south of the
construction area.
4. If approved - the gravel anti-tracking apron will be
as per plan.
5. A bond in the amount of $5, 000 might be appropriate to
assure compliance with their plans.
6. Certification will be needed for the A-2 and- the topo-
graphy is from a field survey.
7 . The drainage from the abutter goes where?

Dear Mr. Samsel:
Please be advised . that the Planning and Zoning Commission voted
on March 1, 1988, to deny the above-referenced application for a
site plan of development. The reason for denial is that internal
circulation need to be addressed so that there is more than one
entrance/exit from the complex; and so that there is a smooth
traffic flow within parking areas.

RE: Application #519 - Terry Office Park
Gentlemen
This is a reminder that the permit with the Inland Wetlands
Agency/Conservation Commission, Application #519 , will expire on
November 16, 1988 .
The Agency requires a letter requesting extension together with a
fee of $25 . 00. This should be submitted at least 45 days prior
to the expiration date of the permit. If work has been finished
or will be finished by the expiration date, please have an
engineer send a letter stating work is completed according to the

Dear Mr. Moran:
With this letter I am requesting a one year extension of the
wetlands approval on the above referenced application which will
expire on the 14th of this month. Due to the time frame
involved in obtaining planning and zoning approvals on the site,
work has not yet begun, although we anticipate construction
beginning before the end of November. All construction and
sedimentation erosion control measures will be installed on site
as submitted on the application. There have been no changes
affecting the erosion sediment control design.
Thank you for your consideration of this extension. If you
require any further information, please do not hesitate to
contact me.
Yours truly,

RE: Application #519, John Samsel ' s Terry Office Park
Dear Mr. Lombardi:
As engineer for the applicant in the above referenced-matter, I
am writing .to you to verify the status of the erosion and
sedimentation control measures for this project in accordance
with your requirements for a permit renewal. As you are aware,
the one year extension to the original permit expires on
~November 16.
_I inspected the site on October 31 and found the erosion and
sedimentation control measures to be in place and in good
condition. All areas proposed to be paved have received a base
course of bituminous concrete. Therefore, haybales are no
longer required or in place around the catch basins on site.
Finished grading has been completed for the smaller office
building in the northwest corner of this site and a hay mulch is
in place for all disturbed areas. Finished grading for the
larger building to the south of this has not yet been
completed. The disturbed areas around the site are surrounded
by a silt fence which has been properly installed and maintained
and appears to be operating properly in minimizing erosion
hazard.
There are two stock pile areas to the south of the parking lot
which are within the parimeter of the silt fence and currently
present no erosion or sedimentation hazard beyond the disturbed
area. As this grading has not yet been completed, the area has
not been seeded and mulched and landscaping is not yet in
place. The site was inspected on a day which saw considerable
rain fall and overall view of the site and its drainage system
indicated minimal erosion or sedimentation.
