It appears to be of the Swanton Series. The site is within the Podunk River watershed and with the basins as shown, one could expect a reason- able amount of ground water recharge. The conservation items include a gravel entrance pad and 700 l.f. of silt fence. There isn't to be any stockpiling. There isn't, apparently, anything of the 25,000 s.f. of the parcel that will not be disturbed. If a permit were to be granted, the following conditions might be appropriate. 1. Protection of the abutter is important and should be addressed on the plans. 2. Modify the plans to put the drainage installation into the sequence. Show some pond cross sections, show some wetland plantings. The construction apron is not to scale. 3 . Modify the plans to indicate the earth removal. 4. Indicate who would be responsible for the dust & dirt control on Sullivan Avenue. 5. A $4,000 bond could perhaps be appropriate. Very truly yours, A.
