It appears that there would not be any encroachment of the wetlands as shown or adverse effect of this expansion. 'With respect to the conservation plan; by their figures, they expect to disturb .54 acres with the building and parking lot. If the soil erosion and sediment control notes are followed on -this flat site, there shouldn't be a problem. If an approval were to be granted, the normal conditions with a $4, 000 Bond would be appropriate to assure compliance with their erosion control plans. Very truly yours, A. The Agency requires a letter requesting extension together with a fee of $25 . 00 . This should be submitted at least 45 days prior to the expiration date of the permit. If work has been finished or will be finished by the expiration date, please have an engineer send a letter stating work is completed according to the approved plan. In the event that you are requesting an extension, Section 4. 13.6 of the Zoning Regulations, Conservation Plan (a copy enclosed) establishes the criteria for such a plan and a method of monitoring its application.
