RE: GREENBLATT RESUBDIVISION APPLICATION REVIEW
Dear Mr. Moran:
This resubdivision is primarily a lines on paper request. There
is no proposed activity on the site, the structures exist. The
wetlands delineation comes from a Town map. The water course
shown on the easterly portion or rear area is the Podunk River.
The conditions, hold harmless and any activity within the
wetlands requiring a permit, etc. , no bond.
