Moran, Jr. , Chairman South Windsor Inland Wetlands Agency/Conservation Commission 1540 Sullivan Avenue South Windsor, CT 06074 RE: DIACUMSKI APPLICATION REVIEW Dear Mr. Moran: This Lot #22 is from the Forest Village subdivision for which permit #315 was granted. There are no wetlands on this lot nor a watercourse. It appears that this parcel is before this Commission because of condition #7 in the permit. The erodability of the soils in the Town Open Space has not changed. To direct the surface runoff with more velocity could be more detrimental to an existing fragile condition. I also believe there should be a buffer between the propertyline and siltation barrier. To contain 480 c.y. in a 50' x 60' area leaves little room for error.
