the construction of an industrial building located on the
westerly side of Burnham Street, I zone.
DOCUMENTS REVIEWED: Application form and site plans
COMMENTS:
1. East Hartford has been notified on this application.
2 . The plans need to incorporate comments from Planning and Zoning,
letter dated November 3, 1988.
3 . No wetlands exist on this site. A detention basin is proposed
for runoff . This plan is for conservation approval only.
4 . There is a pile of pavement that exists toward the rear of the
lot that should be properly disposed of. This can probably be
utilized somewhere on the site, but should be addressed as part
of the plan.
5 . Details should be shown on the plans for the emergency spillway.
IF APPROVAL IS CONSIDERED , SUGGESTED APPROVAL CONDITIONS :
1 . Plans should incorporate comments from Planning and Zoning .
2 . Pavement which exists on the site (pile towards the rear of the
lot) should be properly disposed of .
3 . Details for emergency spillway should be included in the plans .
