These three lots were a part of the Kyle Woods Application #439 and in accordance with condition #1, these are the plot plans . I have included the approval letter #439 . The activity requiring a permit would be to develop a lot containing wetlands and a watercourse. All of the development is proposed to be east of the private drive and if they confine their activities to that side, there shouldn't be a problem or encroachment into the wetlands buffer. The abutting lot to the west is being done by this applicant. An observation of the control measures on this lot should be an indication of what to expect on these lots . If an approval were to be granted, the conditions would apply to each application. 1 . The applicable conditions of permit #439 as they affect this parcel shall apply. 2 . Construction limits shall be shown on the plan, field located and protected during construction. 3 . A bond of $2,500 could be appropriate to assure compliance. The Agency requires a letter requesting extension together with a fee of $25 . 00 . This should be submitted at least 45 days prior to the expiration date of the permit. If work has been finished or will be finished by the expiration date, please have an engineer send a letter stating work is completed according to the approved plan. In the event that you are requesting an extension, Section 4 . 13 . 6 of the Zoning Regulations, Conservation Plan (a copy enclosed) establishes the criteria for such a plan and a method of monitoring its application.
