Dear Mr. Moran: On April 13, 1988 I submitted the three applications for bonding for Lots 5, 6 and 7 of Kyle Woods. I understand that as of this date your commission has not acted upon these applications. The letter of approval from your commission for this subdivision which was dated February 24, 1987 read in part "individual plot plans for each lot should be brought before this commission at which time bonding for each lot will be established...". Since the only item before the commission is the bonding on these lots, I would appreciate as prompt an action at this late date as possible.
