They are having all traffic come into the existing parking lot and having people walk to the Sullivan Ave. annex. Per P & Z there will be no driveway on Sullivan to encourage traffic to stop and the Sullivan Ave side will be fenced. Interior renovations will be con- ducted on the building but these do not affect IW. The following modifications must be adhered to for this permit to be - valid: 1 Three (3) blueprint copies of the approved map with all modifications be submitted to the IWA/CC within 65 days for review prior to any construction activity on the site. 2. Construction activities shall be subject to the approval of the Town Engineer. 3 . The application shall indemnify and hold harmless the Town of South Windsor against any liability which might result from. the proposed operation or use. 4 . We recommend a bond in the amount $1000. to be submitted to the Planning and Zoning Commission to ensure compliance with the Erosion and Sedimentation Control Measures . 7 5 . The permit if valid for one year and shall expire October 24, 1989 . 6 . All approvals required must be obtained and submitted prior to any activity on the site. 7 . The silt fence should be placed two feet from the proposed sidewalk to allow enough room for construction. Construction rights should be obtained from the Wayner's as construction will encroach on their property. 7 . The silt fence shown should also act as the construction limit to protect the trees in that area. 8 . The sidewalk should be constructed with 8" processed stone base and 5" concrete. 9 . If you plan to extend your project beyond the above expiration date, the Agency requires a letter requesting extension together with a fee of $25 .00 . This should be submitted 30 days prior to the expiration of the permit. In the event that you are requesting an extension, Section 4 . 13. 6 of the Zoning Regulations _ (a copy enclosed) , establishes the criteria for a conservation plan and a method of monitoring its effectiveness. A permit for your proposal was granted, with a bond as assurance of compliance with its sedimentation and erosion control measures. To assist in the review process by the IWA/CC, whether for a permit extension or specific inquiry request, the provisions for verification through progress reports by the developer's/applicant's Engineer demonstrating; that each Erosion and Sedimentation control measure has been installed and maintained in accordance with the approved plan, shall be required.
