The following modifications must be adhered to for this permit to be valid: 1. Black and white transparent mylars .of sheets # 1 of 1 with the above modifications and this letter reproduced thereon together with two blueprint copies of the entire set of plans, - must be submitted to this Commission to be stamped and signed. This must be completed and reviewed prior to any construction activity on the site. 2. Construction activities shall be subject to the approval of the Town Engineer. 3 . The application shall indemnify and hold harmless the Town of South Windsor against any liability which might result from the proposed operation or use. 4 . The permit is valid for one year and shall expire October 24, 1989 . 5 . All approvals required must be obtained and submitted prior to any activity on the site. 6 . A contact person shall be identified directly on the plans. 7 . A pre-construction meeting must be held with Town Staff prior to construction. 8 . This should be submitted 30 days prior to the expiration of the permit. In the event that you are requesting an extension, Section 4. 13 . 6 of the Zoning Regulations (a copy enclosed) , establishes the criteria for a conservation plan and a method of monitoring its effectiveness .
