COMMENTS: 1 . The proposal is for an 18, x 36, inground pool. The whole lot is designated wetlands on the Town Wetlands ma . Much of the area appears to have been filled for the original construction of the house. The approved subdivision plan indicates an inland wetlands soil classified as Walpole to the rear of the property. 2• The area for the proposed pool is completely grassed and maintained as lawn at the present time. There is no apparent indication of wetlands in this area of the site. Based on the fill placed in the past, I see no problems with the approval of the pool . 3 • Deposition of the material excavated for the pool should be addressed.
