This must be completed within 65 days of- approval prior to
any construction activity on the site.

We are pleased to advise that the Planning and Zoning Commission
voted on December 12, 1989 to approve the above-referenced
application for a site plan of development in accordance with
Drawings #1 through #8 dated 8/20/87 (last revised 8/31/89)
prepared by Palmberg & Russo, and with the following modifications:
1 . " Prior to commencement of any site work, a meeting must be
held with Town Staff.
2 . No building permits will be issued until the final mylars
have been filed in the Town Clerk's Office.
3 . This application is subject to the conditions of approval
of the Inland Wetlands Agency/Conservation Commission,

COMMENTS:
1 . The Commission approved the existing building and site work
in November 1987, as Application #508 .
2 . Lot "A" ,which is included on sheet 3 of 8 and 4 of 8,
indicates a 24, wide proposed gravel drive. The Town
Wetlands map indicates wetlands on this lot. This should
be indicated on the plans . It would appear that this
driveway is proposed over wetlands . Section H of the
application form states there are no wetlands on this site.
This may be true for the lot currently developed, but is
not necessarily true for Lot "A" . This needs to be
clarified.
3 . If the area proposed for the gravel drive is wetlands, the
detail indicated may not be appropriate for this site.
Soil types should be indentified and consideration should
be given to the soil types and adequacy of the design. A
fill calculation should be provided.
4 . There is no riprap indicated at the new outlets for the
proposed roof leader and storm pipe. This should be
indicated on the plans .
5. Limits of construction should be indicated for the proposed
gravel drive. This should be established in the field
prior to construction.

6 . The narrative on sheet 6 of 8 does not apply to the
activity currently proposed. This should be modified, as
appropriate, to indicate current activities and erosion and
sedimentation measures.
7 . The wetlands issue relative to the proposed drive on Lot
"A" should be clarified. The application should be
modified, if appropriate, prior to any action by the
Commission.
IF APPROVAL IS CONSIDERED, SUGGEST APPROVAL CONDITIONS INCLUDE:
1. The wetlands on Lot "A" shall be indicated, if appropriate,
and the application modified if the activity is in a
regulated area. If activity is regulated, a fill
calculation shall be provided.
2. Soil types shall be provided for the area included for the
proposed gravel drive and the detail shall be provided.
3 . Riprap shall be indicated for the proposed roof leader and
storm pipe outlet.
4 . Limits of construction shall be indicated for the proposed
gravel drive. These shall be established in the field
prior to construction.
5 . The narrative on sheet 6 of 8 shall be modified to apply to
current activities .
