RE: Application #89-95P, King Street Associates
DOCUMENTS REVIEWED: Application form and subdivision plan
prepared for Michael J. Lanza
COMMENTS:
1 . No activity is proposed at this time. The proposal is for
subdivision of the existing property into two house lots.
2 . At such time a house is proposed on Lot 2 a conservation
plan will be required. This would have to be submitted to
the Inland Wetlands Agency/Conservation Commission for
approval.
3. Both lots have a slight amount of wetlands. "Limit of
Wetlands (typical) " , has been shown. The Podunk River is
to the rear of these lots.
4 . A septic system will be necessary for Lot 2. Test pit
information is indicated on the plans.
5 . It would appear that the lot being created could be
developed without impact on the wetlands or Podunk River.
IF APPROVAL IS CONSIDERED, SUGGEST APPROVAL CONDITIONS INCLUDE:
1 . A conservation plan shall be submitted to Inland Wetlands
Agency/Conservation Commission for approval prior to any
activity on Lot 2.

Dear Attorney Lanza:
Re: Application #89-95P - King Street Associates
This is a reminder that the permit with the Inland Wetlands
Agency/Conservation Commission, Application #89-95P will expire on
December 11, 1990 .
If you plan to extend your project beyond the above expiration
date, the Agency requires a letter requesting extension together
with a fee of $25.00. This should be submitted 30 days prior to
the expiration of the permit.
In the event that you are requesting an extension, Section 4.13.6
of the Zoning Regulations establishes the process for monitoring
the approved conservation plan. Per that regulation, a progress
report is required from the applicant's engineer verifying that
erosion and sedimentation control measures have been installed and
maintained in accordance with the approved conservation plan. A
copy of the regulation is enclosed.
This verification report must be submitted 30 days prior to
expiration date of the permit to allow time for the Commissioners
to evaluate your project controls.
If work has been finished or will be finished by the expiration
date, please have an engineer send a letter stating work is
completed according to the approved plan.
If you have any questions call Phyllis Mann, Secretary or John E.
McCahill, Zoning/Wetlands Enforcement Officer at 644-2511 .
